wouldn't the philosophy world eventually spin out of control into a black hole of nothingness? could be enlightening, but I would have to break out the beret, wear more black, and start smoking again.

Following GI Joe and other childhood cartoons - I think Thundercats definitely has room for character development and some new worlds, although I'm not so sure the gameplay would be terribly unique, but it would be sweet to invoke the sword of thunder and yell 'hoooooooo' every so often...

I think a CSI-type game could be quite cool if applied on a massively multiplayer scale - people could be killers, cops, or just participants in the world, and there would be forensic clues left behind whenever you gank someone. it'd probably be pretty tough to build and balance, but could be interesting

Harry Potter.. GTA (San Andreas, Vice City, Liberty City from GTA4)..

What I REALLY want to see (either text or graphic) Evil Genius Online! It would be so awesome to be able to build your own evil lair in the modern day and use traps and stuff to catch the good guys..

Well! That's different. I'd enjoy it, though hopefully it wouldn't become your The World of Shakespeare.

On a lighter note, you may enjoy the WTF?! Flash WoW parody game for its incorporation of Nietsche, Freud, Kant, and a variety of other philosophical minds.
