Perhaps it does it to make a point, but the oversimplification is defeated by the very name of the game. The game says "September 12," the day after a terrible tragedy where many thousands of people were killed. Every citizen that saw that tragedy did not in turn become a terrorist. I don't think that the people in any country are actually that simple. The problem with the game is that I also think it oversimplifies the situation.
