Are you guys running through a router? One thing I noticed, and it made absolutely no sense, but I had this problem with the original XBOX and updating the firmware on the -router- fixed it. Might want to try that..

What is annoying is we never had this problem on the old xbox. We played the Rainbow Six: Black Arrow and Halo 2 (there must be more, but that is all I can remember right now) without ever having a problem. With the 360 we have had this problem with every game we have played.

I’m having similar issues with the Crackdown demo, in regards to trying to play with a friend. Some of the problems with the games seem to be the games itself rather than XBL. Maybe the 8th generation of consoles will get it right!
